Youtube Experience : how can the video sharing platform can be controlled? How to improve the current Internet policy?

Nowadays more and more issues concerning privacy and public security occure on content sharing platform like Youtube, Dailymotion, FlickR, peer to peer systems, etc. In early November 2007, a 18 years old student from Tuusula, Finland, shot down 8 and committed suicide.

The interesting - and dramatic - point over that issue is that the killer published a video on Youtube a couple of hours before, announcing the Tragedy.

The video was apparently removed from Youtube by authorities, howver, some commentators posted vidéos including the statement. The student, wearing a T Shirt stating "Humanity is Overrated", expresses lots of hate and angryness, remembering that Internet is also a way to express that other feeling... Lets mention here the Fake Facebook called Hatebook, which is a red clone of the first one, but on which you get in touch with ennemies only.

Finally, it is not really surpring to see many vidéos posted on Youtube about the issue, most of the time by people trying to express themselves about the issue :
